Authorized Cummins QuickServe locations are fully staffed with factory-trained technicians, schooled and equipped with the latest diagnostic technology and repair tools for fast, accurate troubleshooting and repair. Every location maintains a full inventory of Genuine Cummins new and ReCon® parts, and has access to virtually every part for over 8 million Cummins engines. Plus, every job is fully warranted and backed by the largest authorized service network worldwide.

QuickServe On-Site

When you bring your equipment to an authorized Cummins QuickServe facility, our goal is to complete every repair job with a Standard Repair Time (SRT) of 4 hours or less within 24 hours.

QuickServe In-Shop

To deliver a job on time, sometimes you need emergency repair service on-site. That's where Cummins QuickServe makes a difference. For critical mobile repairs, we guarantee that a technician will be dispatched within four hours. Our QuickServe® trucks carry an extensive inventory of Genuine Cummins and Cummins ReCon® parts and the latest diagnostic and repair equipment. So our expert technicians are able to complete most repairs on-site within 24 hours.
